Policy
Clear terms to ensure transparency. We value your trust and are committed to a fair refund process.
Refunds apply only to additional service fees charged after the initial appointment. If your case cannot be handled by our specialists, 100% of these additional fees will be refunded promptly.
The initial appointment fee is non-refundable as it covers the consultant's time to review your case, assess eligibility, and provide guidance.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after confirmation. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you have any concerns or questions about this policy, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re here to help.
